Tuesday: 6 a.m. Spin at New York Sports Club Parsippany; 6:30 Body Sculpt and 7:30 Cardio Mix at ExCel

Wednesday: Intro Step/Step I class at 7 p.m. at Feminine Fitness

Thursday: 5:15 a.m. Du The Du II small group training, followed by 6:30 a.m. Step at Feminine Fitness; 6:30 p.m. Studio Sampler at New York Sports Club Butler

Get in a few good workouts before the picnics and barbecues begin this weekend! See you there!

Where’s Kim?

The rain is here all week, folks – beat the gray days by getting in a great workout or three!

Monday: 6:15 p.m. Arm Strength, 7 p.m. AbSolution and 7:45 p.m. Step at Palisades Sports & Fitness

Tuesday: 6 a.m. Spinning at New York Sports Club Butler; 6:30 Body Sculpt and 7:30 Cardio Mix at ExCel

Wednesday: 7 p.m. Intro Step/Step I at Feminine Fitness

Thursday: 5:30 a.m. Bonus Spin class (for those who took both Endurance Spin and Boot Camp Spin) and 6:30 a.m. Step at Feminine Fitness; 6:30 p.m. Studio Sampler at New York Sports Club Butler

Sunday: 9 a.m. Step at New York Sports Club Parsippany

Monday: 6:15 p.m. Arm Strength, 7 p.m. AbSolution, 7:45 Step at Palisades Sports and Fitness

Tuesday: 6:30 p.m. Cardio Mix at ExCel

Wednesday: 7 p.m. Intro Step/Step I at Feminine Fitness

Thursday: 5:15 a.m. small group training (Boot Camp Spin — final session), followed by 6:30 a.m. Step Blast at Feminine Fitness.

Friday: 6 a.m. Spin at Fitness Factory

Why sweat alone at home when you can sweat with us at the gym???

Thursday: 5:15 a.m. small group training (Boot Camp Spin), followed by 6:30 a.m. Step Blast at Feminine Fitness. Then, for the after-work crowd, 5:30 p.m. Hips/butts/guts and 6:30 p.m. Cardio Mix at ExCel

Friday: 6 a.m. Spin at Fitness Factory

Haulin’ All Over The World

Hey everyone! I’m back from vacation in Costa Rica, which was every bit as awesome and fun as everyone told me it would be. The Boyfriend and I did a lot of hiking, nature-communing and delicious food-consuming on the Osa Peninsula. The photo is of me (on my birthday!) after we climbed down 500 feet from the rainforest to some tidal pools along the beach. Good times!

But those good times also meant that I came back to a higher number on the scale than when I left. Boo! So this week I’m focusing on getting back into the groove: resuming my workouts, filling the house with healthy groceries and (most importantly) posting on Haul Buns! But first I want to hear from you: When you’ve been a little too lax on vacation, how do YOU pull yourself back on track once you’re back in the real world?

Where’s Kim?

This week’s schedule is pretty usual: I’m teaching Intro Step/Step I at 7 p.m. Wednesday and Step Blast at 6:30 a.m. Thursday at Feminine Fitness in Hackensack. I’m also subbing the 9 a.m. Cardio Mix and 10 a.m. Body Sculpt classes at Excel Fitness at the Excelsior in Hackensack stepon Saturday, March 21. Let me know if you’re interested in coming!
Also, race season is ramping up again! Yay! I’ll be running the New York Colon Cancer Challenge 15K (which also has a 4-mile race attached) in Central Park this Sunday. If you’re signed up for this sold-out run, too, give me a shout.
