An Oldie But Goodie: Spin Rage
This story
is from a few years ago, but it’s just so insane that I want to share it with you guys. Apparently when one dude in a New York City Spinning class got too loud during his workout, another dude picked him — and his bike! — up and chucked them into a wall. This is one of the first stories on the topic (the guys eventually ended up suing each other, which you can read about if you so desire), but don’t let Spin rage happen to you!
