Some hairdos can even be a contraindication in certain yoga poses! Can’t be doing shoulderstand with a ponytail…no doubt.

So cool! I know there's a few programs in New York like the one Kate is doing. I had been thinking about going to Broadway Dance Center, but now I'm thinking maybe I'll try this. Thanks!
